Task:
The first wave of communication aimed at customers proved successful: the number of tasks increased by a third. It also attracted more masters to the platform. The second wave of communication had to strengthen the success of the first and communicate with the other half of the audience — the masters.
Idea:
There are many ways to search for a master, bet the most convenient is to use YouDo. In a series of commercials, the characters try out the most unusual ways to find each other. Videos are paired and each pair shows one situation from two points of view: the customer’s and the master’s.
